There are many problems with the new license. However, a principal problem is the definition of derivative work, which is quite expansive. I honestly don&#039;t know how a third party would develop anything based on HR-XML 3.0 without violating the license.  

I&#039;d like to see them change the license back or move to a standard license such as the BSD or MIT license.</description>
